Nightmoves Adult Awards returns in October

TAMPA, Fla. — The 17th annual NightMoves Adult Awards weekend is scheduled for Columbus Day weekend starting Thursday night, Oct. 8 and ending with the formal awards show on Monday, Oct. 12 at The Dallas Bull Night Club in Tampa.

This year voting will be conducted online at NightMovesOnline.com or NightMovesAwards.com in both the Local and National categories. Voting is now officially open and will end Sept. 15. A person is allowed to place one vote per IP address. This will be the first year that voting will be done 100 percent via the Internet.

Show organizers said that entertainers and studios could go to nightmovesawards.com and click on the "Promote Yourself" link. By going to the link they will find banner ads complete with code to place directly on their web pages, Myspace and Facebook pages that will link fans to the ballot.

There are a total of 12 National voting categories and 18 Local voting categories, along with several special achievement awards that will be announced at the show. They include The Lifetime Achievement awards for both Local and National recipients, The Triple Play award honoring an entertainer that has experienced success in at least three different categories, whether it be actress, feature dancer, director, producer, writer, etc.

The NightMoves' First Choice Awards honor feature releases that were produced after their ballot deadline has closed, and The Adella recognizes those behind the scenes that go above and beyond to shine a positive light on the adult industry.
